For the second time in this championship, Roscommon and Mayo face off against each other.

Kevin McStay’s side got the win in the Connacht championship but Roscommon will be hoping this will be different in their All-Ireland group stage clash.

The game gets under way at 5pm and you can follow all the action in our live blog.

What a miss!

Mayo worked the ball forward well, but it ends with Darren McHale punching the ground in frustration as his shot from close-range hits the side-netting. The angle was tight but he expected to score. The Mayo fans thought he'd scored but it wasn't to be.

Enda Smith wins the free-in after making another burst from deep.

Conor Cox does well to slot the free over from distance. Level once again.

Aidan O'Shea is proving a handful here.

A Cillian O'Connor shot drops short but O'Shea is alive to the dropping ball. He cleverly turns around to set up Ryan O'Donoghue for the chance.

He finishes well after deceiving a Roscommon defender with a jink.

That's a well worked score.

Conor Carroll's long kick-out breaks to Conor Cox, who lays off to Ciaran Lennon. He takes the ball on the run before swinging over, levelling the game up once more.

McBrien is again influential for Mayo, winning a free which Ryan O'Donoghue slots over to put Mayo in front for the first time since the seventh minute of the game.

Another driving burst from full back David McBrien helped Mayo punch a hole in the Roscommon defence and the ball made its way to Flynn.

He made up for his previous wide with a tidy finish after some loose Roscommon defending.

A well-worked score.

Enda Smith was again involved, getting Roscommon out of defence with a clever hand-pass. The ball came to Daire Cregg who finished cooly.

The wides are mounting for Mayo with six wides so far. Jordan Flynn struck their most recent one.

That man is on form today.

David McBrien made a driving run through the middle, laid off to McLaughlin who ran hard off the shoulder.

He slots it again off the left, as his brilliant start to the game continues. You can sense a degree of unease in the stands about Roscommon's relatively passive start to the game. It's worth remembering that they do have the wind here.

Some score.

Enda Smith is back in business. After two quiet games in the championship so far, against Mayo and Dublin, he's made a barnstorming start to the afternoon here with two great tackles followed by this brilliant solo-score, having picked the ball up seventy yards before driving hard at the Mayo defence.

Powerful play from Aidan O'Shea there.

He shoulders Daire Cregg out of the way, cuts through the middle then before laying off. Mayo win the free and Ryan O'Donoghue levels up the scores.

Roscommon are ten minutes without a score.

Enda Smith makes a good covering tackle on Ryan O'Donoghue, as Mayo counter-attacked with intent.

Two poor wides in a row from Mayo, with Donnacha McHugh and Mattie Ruane misjudging the breeze.
Dylan O'Connell
What a score. Eoghan McLaughlin first did brilliantly to dispossess a Roscommon pass, then bombed up the field after it before curling over calmly off the left.

Tremendous play from the wing back.

Roscommon's confidence is building.

Their talisman Enda Smith catches a long Colm Reape kick-out and plays the ball into target man Conor Cox.

He's beaten to the ball by Padraig O'Hora but it breaks out to Robbie Dolan, who slices a beauty over the bar from forty yards.
Dylan O'Connell
A technical foul this time as a Mayo defender fists the ball back to Colm Reape straight from the kick-out.

They had pushed up on the kick-out, reducing the Mayo goalkeeper's options, and the attacking mindset paid off for the Rossies.

Between the two of them, Jordan Flynn and Padraig O'Hoa were guilty of fouling Diarmuid Murtagh. The sharpshooter punishes them from forty yards by sailing it over off the left.
Dylan O'Connell
McHale is again involved for Mayo, winning possession from the Roscommon kick-out and setting up Mattie Ruane. The powerful midfielder ran forward and kicked over a point.
Dylan O'Connell
A mis-placed short kick-out from Conor Carroll put the Roscommon defence under pressure and Darren McHale got in for an opportunity, which he took off the left.
Dylan O'Connell
Despite playing with the breeze, Roscommon have set up defensively with fifteen men behind the ball. There have already been some grunts of disapproval from the home crowd in Dr Hyde Park.
Dylan O'Connell
Roscommon get off to the perfect start with a fine score from Donie Smith off the left, within 20 seconds of the start.

Davy Burke's side will have the wind at their backs with Mayo having opted to play against the breeze in the first half.

Padraig O'Hora is man-marking Conor Cox with Brian Stack taking up Mayo danger-man Ryan O'Donoghue down the other end of the field.
