Top Honors for The Agency’s Agents in Prestigious RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand 2024 Rankings

The Agency is delighted to announce that eight of its agents and five of its teams have earned spots on the prestigious RealTrends + Tom Ferry The Thousand list for 2024, which recognizes the top 0.07% of real estate professionals nationwide. This benchmark, now in its 19th iteration, identifies the elite performers in the industry based on sales volume and transaction sides.

The 2024 ranking includes 250 individual agents and 63 teams, categorized by team size. To be eligible, agents must have completed at least 40 transaction sides or achieved $16 million in sales, while teams needed 60 transaction sides or $24 million in sales during 2023.

• Chris Resop: Ranked #154 nationally with $112.9 million, and #29 in Florida.
• Rita Whitney: Ranked #191 nationally with $102.7 million, and #64 in California.
• Craig Knizek: Ranked #230 nationally with $93.4 million, and #77 in California.
• Josh Myler: Ranked #235 nationally with $92.8 million, and #79 in California.
• Zach Goldsmith: Ranked #244 nationally with $91.96 million, and #84 in California.
