Processing power. I have a use case of training ML models and occasional gaming. RX 6400 does not support Tensorflow. That's the reason looking to switch to Nvidia based cards.

The 4060 Low Profile versions are the most powerful SFF cards I believe, apart from the RTX Ada Quadro 4000 SFF, which would be prohibitively expensive, and also has much lower clocks than the 4060. Can look into those

I have checked this as well. The problem is above card requires 12v power input as well. I require a card that does not require any external power input and has power wattage of 70w-100w. The ones i have shortlisted are:- GTX 1650 LP, RTX A2000, RTX 3050 LP. Among these RTX A2000 is the most powerful one and uses only 70w power. That's the reason.
