Day two of Goafest 2024 concluded with the Abby Awards 2024 powered by the One Show, where Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (ZEEL) was named the Broadcaster of the Year.
The company secured a total of 2 Gold, 10 Silver, and 6 Bronze, amassing a grand total of 18 metals and 100 points. The company secured its two gold for ‘Best original music score for a TV Program’ for Kon Gopone Mon Bheseche on Zee Bangla and ‘Best movie promo by a TV channel’ for &xplorHD Composite promo showcasing the movie lineup.
Notably, ZEE Kannada, a subsidiary of ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited, clinched 1 Gold, 4 Silver, and 8 Bronze, along with 2 merit recognitions, totaling 13 metals and 66 points. ZEE Kannada secured the gold for ‘Best original music score for a TV Program’ for Seetharaama.
TV18 Broadcast Limited also contributed to the tally with 1 Gold medal for ‘Best TV program for Cause related Marketing’ for Dahej Naa Dem on News18 Bihar/Jharkhand.
