Louisville Downtown Partnership is kicking off this year's Downtown Drive-In series with a free showing of "Barbie" on Friday. The movie will show at the Brown-Forman Amphitheater in Waterfront Park at sundown. The amphitheater will open an hour before the show so guests can grab a spot. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Vendors will also be at the theater to sell popcorn, beer and other snacks.The drive-in series will run on select Friday nights through October. Louisville Downtown Partnership is kicking off this year's Downtown Drive-In series with a free showing of "Barbie" on Friday.

The movie will show at the Brown-Forman Amphitheater in Waterfront Park at sundown.
