Radisson Hotel Group and Zamil Group will be partnering to open the Radisson Collection Residence in Riyadh by the end of 2024. The Radisson Collection brand is a luxury lifestyle collection of iconic properties in unique locations, wherein each hotel’s character feels authentic to its location.
The luxury property will become the third Radisson Collection brand in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia, joining the Mansard Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Hotel and Nofa Riyadh, A Radisson Collection Resort, and will be the Radisson Hotel Group’s tenth property in Riyadh. The company currently operates 28 hotels across Saudi Arabia, with an additional 18 hotels under development, and plans to expand significantly across the country in the coming years, with a focus on the holy cities.
The Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh, the first Salmani architectural tower in the kingdom, will feature 170 high-end serviced keys, including eight penthouses and four villas designed for short- and long-term stays. Each apartment promises a Radisson Collection signature blend of contemporary design and comfortable luxury, with exclusive amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool with panoramic cityscape views.
Located on King Fahad Road within Al Mutamarat District, it offers easy access to Riyadh’s vibrant leisure destinations and business sectors, as well as key government offices such as the Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Ministry of Interior. It’s a 40-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport, making it a prime location for business and leisure travelelrs.
