Edouard Grosmangin is appointed Regional VP of Rosewood Hotels in Mexico & South America, effective May 1, 2024.

Rosewood Hotels & Resorts® is excited to announce Edouard Grosmangin’s new role as Regional Vice President for Mexico and South America, starting May 1, 2024. Edouard’s promotion follows his exceptional tenure as Managing Director at Rosewood São Paulo, which began in 2022 and has since become a hallmark of the hospitality industry under his guidance.

Edouard Grosmangin has established a formidable reputation in the hotel sector, with his leadership elevating Rosewood São Paulo to international acclaim. The property has earned a series of prestigious awards, including the title of Best Hotel in South America 2023 from The World’s 50 Best Hotels. Known for his visionary leadership and commitment to sustainability, Edouard has played a crucial role in positioning the hotel as a pioneer in eco-friendly practices and social responsibility. His efforts have notably positioned Rosewood São Paulo as one of Rosewood’s Impact Trailblazers, spearheading initiatives that harmonize environmental sustainability with community empowerment within the hospitality industry.

Before his significant achievements at Rosewood São Paulo, Edouard Grosmangin held prominent positions at luxury resorts across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe. His impactful roles as General Manager at Raffles Seychelles and at both Six Senses Zil Pasyon and Six Senses Con Dao demonstrated his capability to enhance performance and strategic vision, further establishing his standing as a distinguished figure in the hospitality sector.

In his newly appointed capacity as Regional Vice President for Mexico and South America, Edouard will manage the operations and strategic planning for Rosewood’s portfolio in the region. This includes oversight of existing properties like Rosewood Mayakoba, Las Ventanas al Paraíso, Rosewood San Miguel de Allende, and Rosewood São Paulo, along with the soon-to-open Rosewood Mandarina in Riviera Nayarit and Rosewood Mexico City. His approach emphasizes promoting operational excellence and integration, aiming to amplify growth and strengthen Rosewood’s market impact and reputation in Latin America.
