A Gray's Creek Fire Department Chief was arrested Thursday and faces charges after allegedly placing a camera in the station's vent.
Benjamin Joseph Marsh, 44, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. by Cumberland County Sheriff's Office detectives.
Marsh is accused of a felony offense of intercepting and disclosing wire, oral or electronic communication.
Marsh was released on a $1,500 unsecured bond after being booked at the Cumberland County Center.
His first court appearance is scheduled for Friday at 2:30 p.m. at the Cumberland County Detention Center.
