MAYOR GREENBERG PRESENTED HIS FIRST KEY TO THE CITY TO DIRECTOR TEDDY ABRAMS. THE MAYOR SAYS THE NEWLY DESIGNATED KEYS ARE GIVEN TO INDIVIDUALS OR ORGANIZATIONS WHICH HELP MAKE LOUISVILLE A STRONGER, HEALTHIER PLACE TO BE. TEDDY AND HIS COLLEAGUES CONTINUE THAT TRADITION TO THIS DAY, INNOVATING WITH MUSIC, INNOVATING WITH PROGRAMS, AND BEING A BIG PART OF OUR CULTURAL ACTIVITY HERE IN LOUISVILLE AND IN BEING A KEY FOUNDATION FOR US TO CONTINUE. Louisville Orchestra announces dates for 2024 'In Harmony' tour
The Louisville Orchestra has announced 2024 dates for its "In Harmony Tour."The tour was extended for two more years back in April when the Kentucky General Assembly awarded the orchestra $4.3 million.Watch in the player above: Louisville mayor presents key to the city to Grammy Award-winning orchestraDates for this year's tour will begin on July 9 at Taylor County High School in Campbellsville.The rest of the dates are as follows:July 10 - Town Square, Glasgow July 12 - Spencer County High SchoolJuly 14 - Stephen Foster Amphitheater in BardstownSept. 24 - Lovett Auditorium in MurraySept. 25 - Christian County High School Gym in HopkinsvilleSept. 26 - Preston Art Center in HendersonThanks to the donation from the General Assembly, along with other support, all of the "In Harmony Tour" dates are free to the public.
