WATERBURY – Nancy M. Scacco, 63, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Saint Mary’s Hospital with her loving family by her side.
Nancy was born in Waterbury on July 14, 1960, a daughter of the late Thomas and Valeria (Sampieri) Scacco. She was a graduate of Notre Dame Academy and worked in the insurance office for Loehmann Blasius. Most of all, Nancy loved her family, especially her grandchildren.
Nancy is survived by her son, Richard Redzep and his wife Lauren of Watertown; three grandsons, Rick, Luke and Easton Redzep; one sister, Catherine Cidela of Wolcott; and one nephew, Anthony Scacco.
She was predeceased by her brother, Joseph Scacco.
Nancy’s funeral will be on Friday, May 31, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Chase Parkway Memorial/The Albini Family Funeral Home, 430 Chase Parkway, Waterbury. Burial of her cremains will follow in Calvary Cemetery. A calling hour will be on Friday morning from 10 to 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
