Three-time major winner and former Travelers Champion Jordan Spieth will be back at TPC River Highlands this summer, as the tournament announced his commitment to the 2024 field on Tuesday.
Spieth, 30, has made the cut in nine of his 14 starts on the PGA Tour this season. He’s currently the No. 25 ranked player in the Official World Golf Rankings.
His inclusion adds to a field that already includes commitments from Scottie Scheffler, Rory McIlroy, Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler, Collin Morikawa, Keegan Bradley and others. Many of the top players in the world will compete in the event as it is once again a Signature Event on tour, with a $20 million purse.

Spieth has already produced perhaps the greatest moment in tournament history– when he holed out from the bunker on 18 to win the 2017 tournament.
“Jordan authored one of the defining moments of the Travelers Championship when he won here, so I can’t wait to see what he’ll have in store this year,” tournament director Nathan Grube said in a release. “He’s one of the most exciting players in golf with a massive fan following, and I know he’ll have a lot of support from the fans at TPC River Highlands.”
The Travelers Championship is set for June 20-23.
