Legion rally to beat RFC Los Angeles on the road

San Diego outscores Los Angeles 20-0 in the second half to move to third in the MLR Western Conference standings
The visiting San Diego Legion defeated RFC Los Angeles 27-19 on Sunday, marking their sixth comeback win of their young season.
San Diego outscored Los Angeles 20-0 in the second half. Matt Giteau 74th-minute penalty kick gave the vicitors the lead. Tiaan Loots, Christian Poidevin, Jay Tuivaiti and Connor Tupai all scored.
With the victory, San Diego (7-4) moves into third place in Major League Rugby’s Western Division with 36 points. The club hits the road again Saturday, taking on Utah at 7 p.m.
The Legion play on the Saturday at Utah before returning home June 9 to take on Anthem RC.
