Trio Therapy Partners hosts Mountain Hoedown on June 1

Trio Therapy Partners, an Eagle County-based nonprofit providing equine-assisted services, will host its annual Mountain Hoedown fundraiser on Saturday, June 1, at 5:30 p.m. at 4 Eagle Ranch. The event is for all ages and will feature a silent auction, a buffet dinner, live music from the Vail Valley Band and line-dancing instruction with Pink Heather.

Founded in 2014 by three passionate local individuals, Trio Therapy Partners is dedicated to offering equine-assisted services to individuals facing physical, cognitive and social-emotional challenges in Eagle County, regardless of financial barriers. Sixty-five percent of Trio Therapy Partners’ clients receive financial assistance, reflecting their commitment to accessibility.

Trio Therapy Partners provides a range of services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, mental health counseling and equine-assisted learning, fostering transformative experiences within a natural barn environment at the Eagle County Fairgrounds.

The demand for specialized therapy and behavioral health services continues to rise in Eagle County’s rural mountain community. Since its founding, Trio Therapy Partners has experienced substantial growth and currently serves over 40 clients weekly while grappling with an increasing wait list due to limited capacity. Recognizing the pressing need for expansion, Trio Therapy Partners is embarking on the next chapter of the organization: to secure a space and expand capacity, ensuring that all Eagle County residents in need can get services.
