Man killed in drive-by shooting Saturday afternoon
Police said the victim was at the intersection of Dearborn Drive and Old Oxford Road inside a white sedan when another car pulled up beside it and fired multiple shots into the passenger side vehicle. The suspected vehicle drove away from the scene, while the driver of the white sedan drove to Keystone Place and ran from the car.
A man is dead after a shooting Saturday afternoon in Durham.
According to the Durham Police Department, the shooting happened on the 3600 block of Keystone Place around 5 p.m. Officers found a man with a gunshot wound inside a vehicle in the parking lot.
Police said the victim was at the intersection of Dearborn Drive and Old Oxford Road inside a white sedan when another car pulled up beside it and fired multiple shots into the passenger side vehicle. The suspected vehicle drove away from the scene, while the driver of the white sedan drove to Keystone Place, parked and ran from the car.
Police say the car was hit by gunfire Saturday at the intersection of Dearborn Drive and Old Oxford Road. One person in the car died from their injuries.
EMS transported the victim to a local hospital, where he later died.
