Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of JohnsonCtrls Hitachi, Finolex Cables, Bharat Dynamics, G M Breweries and Welspun Ent, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:54AM(IST)on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 10.5 points to 22957.15 amid selling in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as Revathi Equipment, Mask Investments, Karda Const, Melstar Info and Gujarat Lease, touched their fresh 52-week low.

Overall, 22 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 28 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Adani Ent., L&T, HDFC Life, UltraTech Cem. and Bharti Airtel were among top gainers, while Apollo Hospital, Shriram Finance, Adani Ports SEZ, Tata Consumer and TCS traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 12.3 points down at 75405.74 at 10:54AM(IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Fertilisers, Telecommunications, Consumer Durables, Tea / Coffee and Auto Ancillaries sectors, while selling was visible in Trading, Airlines, Electric/Electronics, Banks and Pesticides/Agro Chemicals sectors.
