Ask Adrian: Can you give some tips on cutting our screen time?

Question: My husband and I are trying to use our phones less but are struggling to do so. We’re part of a number of WhatsApp groups and also active on Facebook. I don’t think I can go back to a Nokia but am wondering whether there are any apps or alternatives to help get me away from hours of screen time on the phone? — Brenda O’Mahony
