Grace Bay Resorts, the esteemed boutique owner, developer, and operator of luxury resorts and residences in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos, proudly announces the phased opening of South Bank, developed by Windward. This groundbreaking oceanfront resort and marina spans 31 acres and boasts 2,200 feet of ocean frontage on the stunning Caicos Bank. The resort features 92 villas, including Resort Villas, Sky Villas, and Boathouse Residences, ranging from one to six bedrooms. South Bank will introduce Turks & Caicos’ first ocean swimming lagoon, offering guests a protected area for swimming and play in addition to the open ocean. This unique 5-acre, 4.5-feet-deep lagoon is surrounded by a white-sand beach and features two palm-fringed tropical islands at its heart.

Designed by London and Turks and Caicos-based Blee Halligan Architects, South Bank comprises four distinct neighborhoods: Ocean Estate Villas, Lagoon Villas, The Boathouses, and Arc. Travelers can choose from 19 four- to six-bedroom contemporary Ocean Estate Villas, ranging from 3,150 to 8,000 square feet. The 18 three- to five-bedroom Lagoon Villas embody a relaxed beachfront lifestyle, inspired by the serene ambiance of Malibu’s coastal homes.
