Colva Veterans eased past Orlim Veterans over a 4-1 win in the 2nd Benaulim constituency level veteran’s football tournament, at Benaulim on Tuesday.

Colva Vetrans Sheilu Jose scored a hat-trick while Rony Fernandes netted one in their triumph. Orlim Veterans managed to pull one back through Giridhar.

In another match at the same venue, Varca Veterans clinched a narrow 4-3 win via tiebreaker over Benaulim Veterans (A) Veterans 4-3. In another match Benaulim Veterans (B) defeated Carmona Veterans over a 5-4 win in another thrilling tiebreaker. The day’s matches were packed with intense action, showcasing the veteran players’ enduring passion and skill.
