Normally u won't have issue, it is bit cumbersome when availing warranty in extended warranty timeframe. But i guess that is also breeze if one has the registered mail id.

Service centres don't check that, as long as the bill is genuine and everything matches they will accept

If they do ask, you can always legally change your name before heading to the service centre

Bro no one asks and no one cares as long as you have bill, most of the times even digital copy works.

You can say that you're their brother or friend(this is actually kinda true) and you're just doing on their behalf if they still insist you can have them talk on the phone this is as far as they can go there is no law stating that you cannot send someone on your behalf for a warranty claim.

Don't mention that you have purchased it though because that becomes totally a separate issue.
