Hello. Sending my CH560 back through warranty because it sucks and additionally this is the first case I've bought myself so I didn't expect it to be so big, which I don't like. What is the smallest ATX case I can get with a budget of 10K?

There are not many compact options available locally, I am afraid. You can look at Meshify 2 Compact but its a little over your budget.
 
If you're OK with MATX there is Galax Rev03, Asus AP201
 
Sorry, I have to ask, which warranty is this that covers buyer's remorse? Or are you referring to returning it to Amazon?
