Simon: Rebuild Castle Creek Bridge

We need to preserve Aspen’s traditions, so please rebuild the Castle Creek Bridge in its present location to preserve our tradition of ignoring better alternatives: Continuing unreasonable traffic delays, encouraging dangerous and noisy traffic going through residential neighborhoods, and having totally inadequate evacuations in case of an emergency.

Or better yet, let’s spend millions doing more studies and delaying any solution indefinitely.
