SOUTHBURY — Police are looking to identify the owner of a Chevy Tahoe which was reportedly used to abandon a female German shepherd found last Friday morning, tied to a fence post.
Police said the dog was found about 7:40 a.m. at Willow Creek Horse Farm, 522 North Georges Hill Road.
