Chelsea fans showed their appreciation for Thiago Silva's wife Belle in a pub before the defender's final game at Stamford Bridge.

The 39-year-old has finished his Blues career in style, as he helped his side seal a 2-1 win over Bournemouth in the final weekend of the Premier League season.

Silva's contract expires this summer and he's set to return to his former club Fluminense in Brazil next season.

But before he could wave goodbye to west London, his wife Belle, who has been ever-present throughout Silva's time at the club, was serenaded by Blues fans.

Chanting towards the camera, the fans sing: "She's one of our own, she's of own, Belle Silva, she's one of our own."

"Thanks guys," Belle wrote as the caption, alongside two blue heart emojis.

Silva signed for Chelsea from Paris Saint-Germain in 2020 and made 155 appearances in total, winning a Champions League title in his opening campaign.

But Sunday's game may not be the last time a Chelsea shirt with 'Silva' on the back is seen on the pitch at Stamford Bridge.

That's if the Brazilian's wish comes true.
