Assault, drunken driving charges reported in Morgan City

An arrest on aggravated assault charges and four alleging drunken driving were reported by Morgan City police over the weekend.
Morgan City
Chief Chad M. Adams reported that the Morgan City Police Department responded to 120 calls for service over the last 72-hour reporting period and made these arrests:
--Pearl Marie Ross, 40, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. Friday on a charge of aggravated assault.
--Ismael Santiago-Torres, 47, Glenwood Street, Morgan City, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense) and improper lane usage.
--Ivan Y Rodriguez-Zeno, 38, Tomahawk Drive, Harrodsburg, Kentucky, was arrested on 3:16 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driving while intoxicated (first offense) and resisting an officer.
--Uriel Alejandro Hernandez, 24, La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested 10:06 p.m. Saturday on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), reckless operation of a motor vehicle, open container and no driver’s license.
--Ronald Lenell Johnson, 61, Victor II Boulevard, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. Sunday on charges of driving while intoxicated (first offense), disregard of traffic controls, open container and no driver’s license.
--James Darren Robinson, 55, 11th Street, Morgan City, was arrested 12:54 p.m. Friday on a charge of failure to pay fines (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Donna Sherrie Reed, 53, Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested at 4:44 p.m. Friday on a charge of failure to appear for executory sentence (16th Judicial District Court).
--Brittan Michael Boudreaux, 39, Elizabeth Drive, Morgan City, was arrested at 10:52 p.m. Friday on a charge of criminal trespass.
--Nathan Anthony Lovell III, 30 Vivian St. Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested at 12:46 a.m. Sunday on charges of criminal trespass and failure to appear for arraignment (6th Ward Morgan City Court).
--Landon Ray Acosta, 21, Marcel Drive, Bayou Vista, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. Sunday on charges of remaining after forbidden and criminal trespass.
--Kobe Patrick Peck, 17, Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested at 8:21 Sunday on a charge of theft (under $1,000).
St. Mary
Sheriff Gary Driskell reported these arrests:
--Elton Dion Jones Jr., 33, Morgan City, was arrested at 12:59 p.m. Friday on a warrant alleging failure to appear for a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $8,111.66.
--Benjamin Albert Broussard, 38, Patterson, was arrested at 8:14 p.m. Friday on a charge of violation of protective orders. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Orlando Neco Jordan, 43, Jeanerette, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. Saturday on a warrant alleging failure to appear on charges of possession of hydrocodone and possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. Bail has not been set at this time.
--Tahjell Blackburn, 19, Franklin, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. Saturday on a charge of theft. Blackburn was released on a $1,500 bond.
Patterson
Chief Garrett Grogan reported these arrests:
--Renata D. Taylor, 40, Ellis Street, Patterson, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Friday on a charge of driver’s license suspended or revoked. Taylor was issued a summons and released.
--Kendell D. Johnson Jr., 17, Main Street, Patterson, was arrested at 12:11 a.m. Saturday on charges of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and simple battery. Johnson is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail.
--Courtney Bourda, 41, Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested at 10:57 a.m. Saturday on a charge of driver’s license suspended or revoked. Bourda was issued a citation and released.
--Alyna J. Hill, 20, Barbier Avenue, Thibodaux, was arrested at 1:23 a.m. Sunday on a warrant for the Assumption Parish Sheriff’s Office and a charge of maximum speed limit. Hill is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail.
--Victoria A. Alpha, 37, Ellis Road, DeRidder, was arrested at 1:27 p.m. Sunday on charges of careless operation, expired license plate and speeding 83 mph in a 55 mph zone. Alpha was issued a citation and released.
--Curtis L. Buford, 55, Prairie Road North, Franklin, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. Sunday on a charge of authorized use of a movable. Buford is incarcerated at the Patterson PD Jail.
Franklin
Chief Cedric Handy reported that the Franklin Police Department responded to 16 complaints over the weekend and made these arrests:
--Angela Johnson, 49, Hamilton Street, Franklin, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. Friday on a charge of driving under suspension. Johnson was booked, processed and released on a $263 bond.
--Tiffany Jackson, 47, Bayouview Drive, Franklin, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. Friday on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office alleging simple battery and theft. Jackson was booked, processed and released on a $4,000 bond.
--Latora Wesley, 27, Sixth Street, Jeanerette, was arrested at 9:36 p.m. Friday on a warrant for New Iberia Police Department alleging home invasion and domestic abuse aggravated assault. Wesley was booked, processed and transported to the
New Iberia Police Department.
--Floyd Webber, 21, Martin Luther King Drive, Baldwin, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Saturday on a warrant for 3rd Ward City Court alleging failure to appear on a charge of speeding. Webber was booked, processed and released on a $338 bond.
--Albert Mitchell, 66, Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested at 4:19 a.m. Saturday on a charge of possession of cocaine. Mitchell was booked, processed and held on a $6,000 bond.
--Joseph Thibodeaux, 26, West Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. Saturday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia (third offense).
Thibodeaux was additionally arrested on warrants for 6th Ward Morgan City Court alleging failure to appear on charges of falsification of a drug test, resisting an officer and possession of marijuana. Thibodeaux was booked, processed, and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
--Randy Jackson, 36, Pickett Street, Charenton, was arrested at 7:54 p.m. Saturday on charges of stop sign, driver must be licensed, expired license plate, no proof of insurance, and expired. Jackson was booked, processed and held on an $853 bond.
--Sean Fore, 25, Oakwood Drive, Franklin, was arrested at 9:28 p.m. Saturday on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and reckless operation of a vehicle. Fore was booked, processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
--Joyce Lombus, 33, Wayne St., Franklin, was arrested at 10:55 a.m. Sunday on a warrant dated June 14, 2021, alleging theft. Lombus was booked, processed and released on a $1,500.00 bond.
--Rafrie Webber, 66, Kemper Rod, Franklin, was arrested at 2:17 a.m. Monday on charges of expired motor vehicle inspection, driver must be licensed, license plate light required and evidence of motor vehicle insurance in vehicle. Webber was booked, processed, and held on a $1,000 bond.
