Manchester City's dominance in English football continues as they have won a record-breaking fourth consecutive Premier League title.

City's latest success comes as they beat West Ham 3-1 on the final day to see Pep Guardiola's men pip Arsenal to the crown by just two points.

Phil Foden's stunning effort put City in the ascendancy just over a minute after kick-off before the England star struck a cross from the left home on 18 minutes.

A brilliant overhead kick by Mohammed Kudus late in the first half gave West Ham, and Arsenal, some hope but City's two-goal lead was restored by Rodri's low effort from the edge of the box as City's history-making title was sealed.

Arsenal did what they had to do as they beat Everton 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium but it wasn't enough as they needed City to draw or lose to West Ham.

"For Arsenal to push us to another level - before it was Liverpool and the last two seasons it's been Arsenal. This one has been incredible. We get the message, we know they will be there for many years," Guardiola told Sky Sports.
