The presidential election is now less than 6 months away. We also know it is set to be a rematch of 2020 with Donald Trump challenging Joe Biden for the White House.
Our recent straw polls that social conservatives are decidedly unhappy with the direction of the nation and not just on social issues. While it is not shocking, in our last straw poll 98% of social conservatives said the nation was on the wrong track.
Those are simply staggering numbers.
Because social conservatives are the largest voting bloc in the nation, our voices should have significant impact on those issues as well as who will be in the White House.
With President Biden moving ahead on the Democrat ticket with Kamala Harris, only one question remains.
Who will Donald Trump choose as his running mate?
No one knows for sure but indications are that his decision will come soon.
We launched the Social Conservative Vice-Presidential Straw Poll last month so we could learn what Social Conservatives thought about his options – and there are a lot of them.
Our straw poll includes about a dozen of the most mentioned vice-presidential prospects, and we also have space for a write-in if you think we missed someone.
