Hotel stays at Sonder’s newest project in LoHi elevate urban hospitality, part of Skyline at Highlands by Grand Peaks.

A fully integrated real estate investment company has just announced the successful leasing of 93 units within their upcoming deluxe multifamily development, Skyline at Highlands, to Sonder. Renowned for its short-term rental solutions, Sonder specializes in providing apartment-style hotel accommodations in vibrant urban locales. Skyline at Highlands, situated at 2501 W 26th Ave in Denver’s LoHi district, is currently pre-leasing the remaining 533 units and is on track to establish itself as a diverse mixed-use hub, offering hospitality, premium residences, and a comprehensive range of amenities upon its opening in June.

This 93-room establishment represents Sonder’s fourth venture in LoHi, promising guests a fusion of modern design and convenience. Visitors will enjoy access to a variety of luxurious amenities within the complex, including a resort-style pool and hot tub, an advanced fitness facility, and extensive green spaces for relaxation.

“We are thrilled to have Sonder at Skyline at Highlands,” said Luke Simpson, Chief Executive Officer, at Grand Peaks. “They share our passion for creating vibrant places where people can connect, explore and enjoy. Together, we’re bringing an exceptional hospitality experience to the heart of LoHi.”

The collaboration between Grand Peaks and Sonder sets a new benchmark for hospitality in the area, enhancing the appeal of LoHi as a top-tier destination for both locals and visitors in search of sophistication and convenience.
