
Bharti Hexacom, which recently went public, runs mobile services in Rajasthan and Northeast circles. Parent Bharti Airtel retains a 70% stake in Bharti Hexacom, post its IPO.
Bharti Hexacom’s revenues for the quarter ended March, in turn, rose, 8% on-year to Rs 1868 crore, helped by improved realisations as well as strong 4G/5G customer additions during the year.
The Bharti Hexacom board has recommended a final dividend of Rs 4 per fully paid-up equity share of face value of Rs 5 each.
The company’s ARPU — a key performance metric — increased 1.8% sequentially to Rs 204 in the fiscal fourth quarter, during which it added 2.5 million 4G/5G data customers. Sequential ARPU growth came on the back of continued mix improvement and focus on quality acquisitions, the company said in its earnings statement.
Shares of Bharti Hexacom closed marginally higher (0.13%) at Rs 901.05 on the BSE Tuesday.
