He wrote this book with inputs from famous dietitian and nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar. However, now there has been an uproar regarding this. The actress has received a legal notice for using the word 'Bible' in the book.

According to media reports, madhya pradesh high court has issued a notice on a petition to register a case against Kareena and book sellers. The court has sought an answer from the actress about the reason behind using the word 'Bible' in her book. The court has also issued a notice to the publisher after the petitioner demanded a ban on the sale of the book.
