An advertising company managing director has had €8.9m in property-related debts written off under an insolvency deal approved by the High Court.
The debt settlement arrangement (DSA) for Mark Quinn (63), of Laurence Grove, Clontarf, Dublin, was one of two multi-million euro debt write-offs sanctioned by the court today.
