CBSE 10th Result 2024 declared, Pass Percentage tops 93.60%

According to CBSE 10th Result 2024 data, the overall pass percentage of is 93.60%, which is marginally higher than 2023 when the pass percentage was 93.12%.
"Out of 22,51,812 students who registered for the 2024 CBSE Class 12 exams, 22,38,827 students appeared for the exams. Out of them, 20,95,467 students passed the exams", the CBSE said.
The CBSE has not released the 10th Merit List and Toppers Names.
CBSE 10th Result 2024 - Districtwise
Trivandrum district topped the 2024 CBSE Xth board exam with an overall pass percentage of 99.75, followed by Vijaywada and Chennai respectively at 2nd and 3rd spot with pass percentages of 99.60% and 99.30%.

Schoolwise 10th result CBSE board
The performance of JNV and KV schools are at the top with an impressive performance of 99.09%. Following them are independent schools at 94.54%, CTSA at 94.40%, government schools at 86.72%, and government-aided schools at 83.95%.
The pass percentage of boys and girls also saw improvements in the 2024 board exams. While boys' pass percentage increased slightly from 84.67% to 85.12% in 2024, girls' pass percentage increased to 91.52% from 90.68% in the previous year.
A total of 27,652 students took the CBSE High School exams at foreign centres. Out of them, a total of 27,267 or 98.61% have been declared passed.
Compartment Exam 2024 Date
A total of 1,22,170 students will have to appear for the Compartment Exam this year. This is 7.54% of the total number of students which is 16,21,224.
As per the official circular, if a students is unsatisfied with his or her marks, she/he can apply to verify his/her marksheet, or obtain a photocopy of the answer book, and request a re-evaluation.
The verification window will open for 5 days from the 4th day of the announcement of the results. Students unhappy with their scores can apply for verification of marks online on cbseresults.nic.in by filling out the application form and paying required fee.
As per the official schedule, the CBSE supplementary exams will be held from July 15. The process for verification of the marks for class 10 will be done from May 20 to 24, 2024.
CBSE 10th 2025 Exam Date
While announcing the 10th board exams of the year 2024, the Central board also confirmed the start date of the CBSE 10th 2025 exams. The said the 10th and 12th board exams in the next academic year will start on February 15, 2025.
Details datesheet and the time table of the CBSE 2025 exams will be released in due time.
The CBSE Class 10th exams 2024 were held from February 15 to March 13, 2024.
The CBSE Class 10 exams in 2023 were conducted from February 15 to March 21, 2023. CBSE Class 10 result was declared on May 04, 2023.
