The puck has dropped on the second round of the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs as the the Presidents Trophy-winning New York Rangers are your new Cup co-favorites, having swept the New Jersey Devils in the first round and holding a 3-0 lead on the early Cup favorite Carolina Hurricanes. The Florida Panthers share the mantle of favorites after a resounding 6-2 Game 3 road victory earned them a 2-1 lead in their series with the Boston Bruins.

The Dallas Stars and Colorado Avalanche squared off in their series with Miles Wood and the Avalanche winning a thriller in Game 1 and the Stars evening the series in Game 2, while in western Canada, the Edmonton Oilers and Vancouver Canucks have each won a game as the series heads to Edmonton.
