According to the Las Cruces Fire Department, firefighters found a sinkhole 30 feet deep and 30 feet wide. The sinkhole swallowed two cars that were parked in the driveway of a house. As a precaution, three homes in the area of the sinkhole were evacuated, and the Red Cross is helping those impacted.
