There is no change at the top, as Baby Reindeer remains the No. 1 show on Netflix. Richard Gadd’s autobiographical drama is on pace to become one of Netflix’s top shows of 2024. New additions to the top three include Katt Williams’s latest special, Woke Foke, and David E. Kelly’s latest drama, A Man in Full. In honor of Netflix Is A Joke Fest 2024, comedian John Mulaney is hosting six shows as part of a new series called John Mulaney Presents: Everybody’s in L.A. Mulaney kicked off the series on May 3 with a guest list that included Jerry Seinfeld, Will Ferrell, Ray J, Chelsea Peretti, Natasha Leggero, Earthquake, and Stavros Halkias.

From May 6 to 10, Everybody in L.A. will go live on Netflix at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. Over the six episodes, Mulaney will riff on L.A.-centric topics, from the Leonardo DiCaprio Computer Center and TreePeople to coyotes and real estate. You can also expect a lot of surprise appearances from comedians along the way.

After choosing to remain on Earth, the duo moonlight as ghost detectives, investigating supernatural crimes and activity. With the help of clairvoyant Crystal (Kassius Nelson) and their friend Niko (Yuyu Kitamura), the detectives try to provide answers for unsolvable crimes in this entertaining dramedy series.

The genius of Baby Reindeer is it never paints Donny as the victim and Martha as the villain. The show provides empathy and compassion for both characters, with plenty of laughs along the way.
