Deloitte unveils its first-ever Dot Hub Experience Center in Bangalore charting a new trajectory for the future of retail. The grand opening on April 9th, 2024 marked a significant milestone as Deloitte’s leadership experienced a reimagined shopping journey from farm to retail shelf.

The Innovation Experience Center features an intelligent blend of physical presence and digital convenience to transform the consumer shopping journey into an immersive and hyper-personalized adventure.

The heart of this transformative retail environment is Nova, an AI-powered sales assistant, skillfully engineered to deliver a personalized shopping experience that replicates the familiarity and expertise of a close friend.

Equipped with speech-to-speech AI and multilingual capabilities, Nova infuses lighthearted humor and empathy into conversations, guiding customers through detailed product insights and tailored recommendations.

Customers witness human-like interactions with Nova, complete with lifelike facial expressions and real-time responsiveness.

The Dot Hub Experience Center also features the Holobox and Object Recognition Table (ORT), allowing in-depth interactions with products. The Holobox introduces a tri-perspective view for meticulous browsing, allowing the users to see how a product or accessory will fit them.

Whereas the ORT delivers instant, detailed product customizations at a touch, by placing a product on the table and viewing the product come to life. Users also get the option to check the product features and explore customization for the products saved in their website wishlist by simply scanning a QR code on the ORT.
