Town of Hayden and RCHS Wellness Clinic to host low-cost vaccination and spay/neuter clinic

The town of Hayden is teaming up with the RCHS Wellness Clinic to host a low-cost vaccination and cat spay/neuter clinic on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The clinic will be held at Dry Creek Park in Hayden and is made possible with support from the Yampa Valley Community Foundation.

The event aims to provide affordable and convenient services to pet owners in the community. Services available will include vaccinations and microchipping for dogs and cats (priced between $20 and $30 per vaccination) and cat spay/neuter surgeries (with a $25 co-pay). Limited spay/neuter appointments are available, and pet owners are encouraged to reserve their spot in advance by contacting the Wellness Clinic at 970-457-4002.

“This clinic presents an excellent opportunity for pet owners in Hayden and neighboring areas to ensure their pets receive essential vaccinations, are licensed, and undergo spay/neuter procedures at an affordable rate,” said Elaine Hicks, Executive Director of the Routt County Humane Society. “By making these services accessible, we aim to enhance the overall health and well-being of pets within the region.”

Contact the Wellness Clinic at 970-457-8002 for further details and to secure your spot for spay/neuter appointments.
