Jamie Carragher was left fuming at Antony's conduct following Manchester United's humiliating 4-0 defeat at Crystal Palace.

Erik ten Hag's men suffered a Selhurst Park hiding in what was labelled as an 'atrocious' display by talkSPORT's Danny Murphy.

Their performance has received widespread criticism, however, it was what Antony did after the full-time whistle that left Liverpool legend Carragher incensed.

As the Brazilian walked off the pitch, he was seen speaking to teammate's Mason Mount and Andre Onana with his hand over his mouth - and it didn't sit right with Carragher.

"Just get off the pitch! Whispering behind your hand, you've been absolutely awful," Carragher said on Antony.

"He's probably talking about one of the players or somebody else, or the set-up, or the manager, just get off the pitch.
