Spacey Unmasked Channel 4, 9pm This two-part documentary investigates allegations of sexual abuse and harassment made against Hollywood actor Kevin Spacey, and talks to multiple men about their experiences, most of whom have never spoken publicly before. Jamie Cooks Spring Channel 4, 8pm In the garden, Jamie plants tomato vines and shows how you can use natural methods to repel insects. And in the kitchen, freshly picked asparagus spears are wrapped in bacon and served with red mullet, scallops, squid and sea bass. And spring greens make a perfect filling for healthy ravioli.
Blue Lights
Blue Lights BBC1, 9pm Lee is the new boss on the Mount Eden estate, which now slides into chaos. Canning is under pressure to get results, and Shane leads Tommy into serious danger. Sian Brooke, Martin McCann and Katherine Devlin star.
The Last Duel RTÉ One, 9.30pm Gritty drama set in 14th-century France and starring Matt Damon as Jean de Carrouges, a veteran of the Hundred Years’ War who is forced to challenge another knight to a duel after his wife accuses the man of rape. With Adam Driver, Jodie Comer.

Rush BBC2, 10pm During the 1976 Formula One season, a fascinating rivalry developed between James Hunt and Niki Lauda, two drivers who could not be more different in terms of temperament. With Chris Hemsworth, Daniel Bruhl.
A Man in Full Netflix, streaming now You’ve got to give it to Jeff Daniels. He’s got range. Here, he plays Atlanta-based real estate mogul Charlie Croker as he faces sudden bankruptcy. Unsurprisingly, his political and business interests collide as he defends his empire from those attempting to capitalise on his fall from grace.

Clarkson’s Farm Prime Video, streaming now Series three sees crops failing in the severe hot weather, and inflation has skyrocketed supply prices, with any restaurant dreams being dashed alongside the future of the farm shop. In short, Jeremy is up against it, so expect a landslide of ‘Clarkson-crafted’ marketing hacks. Unfrosted Netflix, streaming now Picture it. Michigan, 1963. Kellogg’s and Post are sworn cereal rivals (you’ll never guess who lasts the long game...).
