STARTS MAY 16TH. STATE POLICE INVESTIGATORS HAVE SEIZED THE PHONE OF A CLARK COUNTY EMPLOYEE AS PART OF THEIR INVESTIGATION INTO FORMER CLARK COUNTY SHERIFF JAMEY NOEL, COURT DOCUMENTS SHOW. THE EMPLOYEE TEXTED NOEL A PICTURE OF AN EMAIL FROM AN INVESTIGATOR LOOKING INTO A PROMOTION. HE GAVE TO HIS BROTHER IN LAW, NOEL IS ACCUSED OF FALSIFYING PENSION DOCUMENTS TO GIVE BRADLEY KRAMER A 20% PENSION THAT INVESTIGATORS SAY HE WAS NOT ENTITLED. NOEL, HIS WIFE AND THEIR DAUGHTER ARE ALSO CHARGED WITH RACKING UP MILLIONS OF DOLLARS ON NEW CHAPEL EMS CREDIT CAR

Indiana State Police investigators have seized the phone of a Clark County employee as part of their investigation into former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel.According to court documents, the employee texted Noel a picture of an email from an investigator looking into a promotion he gave to his brother-in-law.Noel is accused of falsifying pension documents to give Bradley Kramer a 20 percent pension, to which investigators say Noel was "not entitled."Noel, along with his wife and daughter, Misty and Kasey, are also charged with misusing funds from the Utica Township Fire Department and New Chapel EMS.Noel is expected back in court on Monday, May 6.Related stories:
