Data watchdog’s Tinder probe could cost firm up to $60m
But dating app owner insists that there will be no ‘unfavourable’ outcome from investigation
Tinder is being probed for its handling of subscribers' data

Dallas-headquartered Match Group, which owns Tinder and a slew of other dating and social apps, has insisted that it will be vigorously defending allegations made against its Tinder platform by Ireland’s Data Protection Commission (DPC).
