    K-pop sensation SEVENTEEN has set a new record with their latest album, 17 Is Right Here, according to data released by Hanteo Chart on April 30. The album sold an impressive 22,60,906 copies on its release day, marking the highest first-day sales for any K-pop artist's album. This success was not limited to South Korea as the album also received an overwhelming global response.

    '17 Is right here' dominates global music charts

    The album 17 Is Right Here quickly climbed to the top of iTunes's Top Album chart in 17 regions/countries and secured the second position on the Worldwide Album Chart. It also topped Line Music's real-time album chart, Japan's largest music platform. The lead single Maestro from the album gained worldwide popularity, topping iTunes's Worldwide Song chart and securing the number one position on the Top Song chart in 32 countries/regions, including Spain, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

    New tracks from SEVENTEEN's album received widespread praise

    The album 17 is Right Here also introduced new tracks from different units within the group, which were met with widespread acclaim. The hip-hop team's LALALI, the performance team's Spell, and the vocal team's Cheers to Youth - all made a significant impact on major domestic music platforms. These tracks further contributed to the album's success, demonstrating SEVENTEEN's diverse musical talent and appeal.
