It's an warranty slip , service centre ask for these to avail the warranty as serial number & imei mentioned here only

Not every service centre follow it, a proper gst invoice is fundamental to any warranty claim even if some service centre accept just that order slip. In any case, since you have it then why not post it. You can post the invoice pic in next post & @puns @Crazy_Eddy can edit the first post to incl it.
