Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of Kirloskar Pneumatic, Kirloskar Ind, HUDCO, Dolat Invst and Asahi Songwon, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Friday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 150.4 points down at 22419.95 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Atal Realtech, Sheela Foam, Future Supply Chain, Popular Vehicles and Vodafone Idea, touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 16 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 34 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tech Mahindra, Divis Labs, LTIMindtree, Bajaj Auto and BPCL were among top gainers during the day, while Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv, IndusInd Bank, Nestle India and M&M ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 609.28 points down at 73730.16.

Traders piled up positions in Airlines, Infrastructure, Logistics, IT Enabled Services and Term Lending Institutions sectors, while selling was witnessed in Cement, Retail, Learning & Education, Construction and Cables sectors during the day.
