Politicians' legacies often preserved in books, recordings, and other media, are subject to reinterpretation. Reproduction of such material may not be illegal in itself, but changing their statements, misusing their voice, superimposing their face on someone else's torso can mislead voters.

India also does not have a good system to track AI-generated content, while big platforms such as Meta, Google, and X have some better tools and systems to catch such media. In such a situation, the government of india should talk to these platforms and establish a system for the security of the elections.
