‘He hopes we will give up and fold’ – more ex-tenants pursue controversial landlord Marc Godart over unpaid compensation

More former tenants of rogue landlord Marc Godart have registered judgments against him for failing to pay awards ordered by the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
Ex-tenants Francesca Gubellini, Manav Sarvaiya and Sarah Edwin were awarded damages of €3,000, €3,000 and €4,000 respectively by the RTB last year over their illegal eviction from an apartment on Reuben Street, Dublin.
