Reykjavik to Host Spectacular 2024 DesignMarch Festival Under ‘The Circus’ Theme

DesignMarch, Iceland’s premier annual design festival, will animate the northernmost capital in the world with a vibrant display of creativity and innovation from April 24-27, 2024. This year’s festival, themed “The Circus,” will celebrate the artistic interplay of chaos and balance throughout downtown Reykjavik. Over 100 exhibitions and 200 events will converge, featuring an array of designers, architects, and thinkers who are set to redefine what’s achievable.

The festival’s highlight, DesignTalks, on April 24, promises a captivating exploration into the circus-inspired world of joy, beauty, and courage. This event will not only showcase ingenious and lofty ideas but also tackle global disparities and challenges, emphasizing the role of design in fostering dignity, dismantling stereotypes, combating racism, and enhancing spaces.
