SBI Card shares rise 1.48% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd. traded at Rs 742.95 on BSE at 11:16AM (IST) on Monday, up 1.48 per cent from previous close.

The stock quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 678.8 and a high of Rs 932.35.

Earlier, shares of the company saw a gap up opening in the morning.

A total of 19,332 lakh shares changed hands on the counter till 11:16AM (IST).

The stock of SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd. commands a market value of Rs 70457.26 crore.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 30.09, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 7.12. Return on equity (ROE) was at 22.97 per cent, according to exchange data.

In the BSE500 pack, 405 stocks traded in the green, while 95 stocks were in the red.

Promoters held 68.63 per cent in the SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd. as of 31-Mar-2024 while foreign portfolio investors and domestic institutional investors owned 8.59 per cent and 16.68 per cent, respectively.
