The homes in Rhebogue at the centre of the allegations
A poison-pen letter sent to the University of Limerick (UL) is the subject of a criminal investigation over the alleged harassment and intimidation of a whistleblower who questioned a controversial housing deal.
The writer is alleged to have tried to undermine doubts raised about UL’s €12.56m purchase of 20 homes, sparking fears of bullying and threats concerning the transaction.
