Nag Ashwin's team, who had previously revealed the poster of Amitabh's character, recently launched the first look teaser of Amitabh's character. The captivating 20-second teaser has sparked excitement, notably increasing expectations for the movie. The 20-second teaser introduces amitabh bachchan as the immortal Ashwatthama. 

A child's voice asks, "Who are you, God?". amitabh himself answers, stating, "I am ashwatthama, the son of Dronacharya of the Dwapara Yuga," which stirred excitement. ashwatthama is immortal, and goosebumps arose when amitabh was introduced in this role. Particularly, the scene of ashwatthama walking away dressed as a monk while wiping the blood dripping from his stomach below his chest has captured interest. 

Meanwhile, the character moves while answering the boy who expresses doubt. While the lead characters remain a mystery for now, the latest teaser has effectively piqued the audience's curiosity. The teaser was released by Star sports India. The release date of the film has not been disclosed, leaving fans eagerly waiting for more information. However, the delay is deemed necessary to make 'Kalki' more grandiose. There is strong talk that the movie is likely to be released on May 24. 

An alternative release date of june was also considered, but there is less chance of release then. An official announcement should put an end to these speculations. On the other hand, kamal haasan starrer 'Bharatiyadu 2' has been confirmed to release in June. In such a scenario, it is undeniable that Kamal Haasan's movie 'Indian 2,' in which 'Kalki' played the villain in 2898 AD, will compete with the interesting debate.

Considering the craze for stars like amitabh and deepika in North India, it seems that the theatrical rights of 'Kalki' have already been sold to Anil Thadani for Rs. 100 crores. It is also rumoured to be the second biggest deal after 'Pushpa 2: The Rule'.
