Concierge Auctions Unveils $12 Million Starting Bid for Ben Simmons’ Luxurious Hidden Hills Residence

Concierge Auctions has officially opened the auction for a luxury estate located at 24350 Bridle Trail Road with an initial bid set at $12 million. This sale is being facilitated in collaboration with Gregory La Plant, Rachel Salgado, Rayni Williams, and Branden Williams from The Beverly Hills Estates. Situated in the elite Hidden Hills neighborhood, famous for its celebrity residents and sports figures, the private 12,000-square-foot property belongs to NBA star Ben Simmons, a prominent player for the Brooklyn Nets and a celebrated figure in American basketball.

Interested parties can place their bids online until April 30 at Concierge Auctions’ digital platform, conciergeauctions.com.

This newly built estate features an exquisite wooden exterior, luxurious marble detailing, and a standout 6,000-pound brass floating fireplace. Developed by Max Nobel of Nobel LA in 2021, the home spans 1.45 acres within a secure, gated community and boasts seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, impressive 40-foot-high ceilings, and a 65-foot swimming pool. A private driveway leads to the property which includes dual motor courts and a three-car garage.

After his move from the Philadelphia 76ers to the Brooklyn Nets in 2022, Simmons, now primarily based in New York, has decided to sell the residence.
